Who am I?
If there's one adjective that defines his musical career, it would be multidisciplinary. Focused on musicological research for his composing and performing work, he generates projects, performs as a soloist, conducts research, and much more, which you can discover here.
"To send light into the darkness of the human heart... that is the duty of the artist." - Robert Schumann
Early Music
I am passionate about dedicating myself to the wonderful world of early music. Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous projects and concerts with diverse groups who have shared this music with me—music that, in addition to touching the soul, nourishes the senses. Through my humble consort of instruments, I have brought to life the music of the Cancionero de Palacio, Victoria's TL, Carlos Patiño, the Uppsala Songbook, Schutz, Bach... and the music of colonial Peru. And all of this has been alongside ensembles such as the Academia Capella des Ministrers, Capella Moeneris, Camerata Ars Summa, Ensemble Alonso Lobo, Le Soupers du Roi, Camerata Antonio Soler, Capella de la Santa Espina, and Balthasar Neumann's NOVA.
